Send a special person a piece of art. This card is based on real art created by Pre-Raphaelite artist, Ford Maddox Brown.

He paints an outdoor figurative painting of his second wife, Emma Hill and their daughter, Catherine, in 1851, at their home in Stockwell. He wanted to depict on canvas the effect of bright sunlight exactly as he found it, in nature.

This is a perfect card for any art lover, featuring Brown’s painting on the front, blank inside to write your own personal message, and measures 17x12 cm, a white envelope is included.

The painting can be seen at Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, part of Birmingham Museums.
