Delivery & returns

Where possible, all our deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail. The shipping cost for standard UK orders is £3.95. Please note that we're currently unable to ship to the EU.

For our custom prints the shipping costs are:

Unframed art prints and unstretched canvas (except extra large) £7.80 per order

Framed art prints and stretched canvas £12 per item ordered 

Extra large unstretched canvas £12.60 per order 

For all international deliveries please contact us for rates. Please note that we're currently unable to ship to the EU.

Delivery

Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. If you're ordering jewellery delivery is slightly longer - please see the information on the product page. Please note that at the moment delivery times are slightly longer than usual. 

For custom prints please allow 5 working days for unframed prints and 15 working days for framed prints/ stretched canvas.

Local Pick Up

We now offer local pick up on selected products, from Sarehole Mill, and details can be found at the checkout. For opening times/ collection details from Sarehole Mill please click here.

Returns

If for any reason you need to return received goods (please read our Terms and Conditions), please let us know within 7 working days why you wish to return the item(s) by emailing us at bmagshop@birminghammuseums.org.uk. We will then be in touch to make suitable arrangements. Items will be returned at the buyers cost, unless item is faulty. Please return the package to:

As custom prints are made to order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or made a mistake. If we have made a mistake or there is a problem with your order please contact us via email.

Faulty Goods

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, please email us in the first instance, with your details and a summary of the fault to bmagshop@birminghammuseums.org.uk and we will contact you to make suitable arrangements to either refund the sale or replace the faulty goods.
