Delivery & returns
Where possible, all our deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail. The shipping cost for standard UK orders is £5.95.
For all international deliveries the rates are calculated at the checkout. Please note that we're currently unable to ship to the EU.
Delivery
Please allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery. If you're ordering jewellery delivery is approximately 3 weeks. For orders to arrive before Christmas please order by Wednesday 18th December.
For Art Prints please allow 5 working days for unframed prints and 15 working days for framed prints/ stretched canvas.
Last dates for dates for prints to arrive in time for Christmas are as follows;
Sunday 8th December for unframed and framed prints shipping in the UK
Sunday 24th December for unframed prints shipping outside of the UK. Sunday 1st December for framed prints shipping outside of the UK.
Tickets will not be sent out via post - please show your confirmation email at the time of entry.
Local Pick Up

Returns
If for any reason you need to return received goods (please read our Terms and Conditions), please let us know within 100 working days why you wish to return the item(s) by emailing us at shop@birminghammuseums.org.uk. We will then be in touch to make suitable arrangements. Items will be returned at the buyers cost, unless item is faulty. Please return the package to:

As Art Prints are made to order, unfortunately we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or made a mistake. If we have made a mistake or there is a problem with your order please contact us via email.
Unfortunately we can't offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on jewellery or clothing.
Faulty Goods
In accordance with your legal consumer rights we offer a full refund if an item is faulty, not as described or doesn't do what it's supposed to do. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the goods you receive, please email us in the first instance, with your details and a summary of the fault to shop@birminghammuseums.org.uk and we will contact you to make suitable arrangements to either refund the sale or replace the faulty goods.
