Great Stones Card
Send a special person a piece of art. This card is based on the painting by Estella Canziani, a British portrait and landscape painter, interior decorator and a travel writer and folklorist. Born in London she lived all her life in the family home, in the grounds of Kensington Palace. She traveled extensively throughout Europe, her paintings document the clothes and lifestyle of the local people living in remote villages in Northern Italy. She also worked as a book illustrator.
This card features the painting showing how local people were living in remote villages in Northern Italy. The great stones were used for sacrificial offerings, found in very elevated areas.
A large part of her collection is preserved in the Birmingham Museum & Art Gallery, part of Birmingham Museums Trust.
This card is a gem, and is blank inside to write your travel memoirs and measures 17x12.5 cm, white envelope included.
