This supportive deck of 30 cards introduces complex concepts to young children - from celebrating our differences to making a difference to the world.

Each card offers a word on the front and an age-appropriate definition and exercise on the reverse, providing parents and caregivers with ways to educate, connect and communicate with their child.

With each card, little ones will be invited to:
· Notice examples in their day-to-day life
· Practise positive affirmations
· Move mindfully with breathing and yoga poses
· Ask questions and follow their curiosity
· Take care of themselves, their friends and their family

Compiled in consultation with brilliant mindfulness educator Wynne Kinder, M. Ed., this deck will grow not only young children's vocabularies, but their hearts and minds, too. A booklet is also included to help parents and caregivers make the most of the cards.

JOANNE RUELOS DIAZ is a writer and editor dedicated to nurturing a love for reading and learning. She writes for children, parents and teachers and values physical, mental, social and emotional health for all members in a family. Joanne and her family live in New Jersey, USA.

WYNNE KINDER M.Ed. holds a master's degree in education from Eastern Mennonite University, and her teaching career spans 30 years. As owner of Kinder Associates LLC and Wellness Works in Schools, she creates programming, online & onsite trainings through teaching tools that address: mindful awareness, self-care, re-regulation, diverse learning needs, trauma in the classroom, healthy connection, social emotional skills, engagement & participation and behaviour guidance.

ANNELIES DRAWS is a self-taught illustrator based in the Netherlands, originally from South Korea. She has loved to draw since she was a little girl, and works with traditional mediums such as coloured pencils and gouache paints with whimsical colours.

Where possible, all our deliveries are fulfilled by Royal Mail. The shipping cost for standard UK orders is £4.95.

For all international deliveries the rates are calculated at the checkout. Please note that we're currently unable to ship to the EU.

For Art Prints please allow 5 working days for unframed prints and 15 working days for framed prints/ stretched canvas. Please note that as Art Prints are made to order we cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind or made a mistake. If we have made a mistake or there is a problem with your order please contact us.

If for any reason you need to return goods please let us know within 100 working days why you wish to return the item(s) by emailing us. We will then be in touch to make suitable arrangements.
